GCES.- Studies will be based on the English Curriculum. All pupils study up to nine subjects in preparation for the General Certificate of Secondary Education examination. This certificate is recognized by the British Joint University Council.

A Fundamental Base.- All students will be required to take English, Mathematics, Science and Spanish. They will also be able to choose whichever further courses will serve them best in their respective careers. International students will normally take 9 courses as is the case in the majority of schools in England and in other international British schools.

Validation.- Spanish students or those students who choose to pursue Spanish validation for their studies will take fewer courses to enable them to include in their academic programme the courses required by the Ministry of Education and Science: Language, Literature and Social Studies.
